Low end 4k Player

Returned for wireless

Took it back and exchanged it for the same version, but wireless and it's great!

won't play DVDs

These require an ethernet connection.

Good deal for the price

How do you give zero stars?!

No buttons on either remote would work and you could not turn off the TV or BD. They had to be unplugged to reset them. The remote for the BD sticks on. The store new exactly what to check and how. I returned the BD and got another one. This remote not only sticks too, but it took out my cable modem.

had to return

Good product - a little difficult to hookup

Hasn’t ever worked properly.

I’ve unplugged and plugged the device to reset it numerous times. I be literally used it 4 times. I’m extremely frustrated has I have purchased all new Samsung devices in the last 4 months and have had nothing but trouble with them all.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This player is proving to be most useful as a 4k streaming device (even though it requires a wired connection), due to the fact that it is incredibly loud while playing a disc and it's 'hesitated' and momentarily 'frozen' a few times as well. It's full of features and apps, but the fact that it's weaknesses all surround its disc handling make it a product I would not recommend.
