I’m so glad that I did, as the clarity is just awesome. I also have a Samsung tv which it is the perfect accessory. Keep up the great work Samsung!!!

Works Great But Missing Some Apps

Don't plan on ditching your Roku but get it for a beautiful 4k DVD experience that takes full advantage of your HDR capabilities depending on your TV. Seriously though, Samsung, get the HBO thing sorted out. I have it on your beautiful smart TV but it really needs to be here too. Please.

4K Blu-ray Playback

Had to upgrade my DVD player, since I had no hdmi connector. Thought about an adapter, but reviews felt the signal was degraded. Pleased with the upgrade.

They finally came through. Way to much time on the phone with them arguing about the situation. Honestly not sure it was worth it when I could have gotten the same thing on Amazon for $5 more

Nice DVD player

It would be helpful if the remote was bigger or a different color than the TV remote. It has been mistaken for tv remote and its size is thin and has a way of making it's way between our couch cushions and on the floor under. Both remotes should be a little thicker I think. Thanks

It Works Fine

Nope. Samsung Customer Service was excellent and explained why the App would not run on this device. On the same day I bought it, I returned it to Best Buy.

It plays all our old DVD's and our Blu-rays. We have only a few of the newer 4K Blu-rays but it plays them as well. So far no problems with the picture or play back.

(It was time). I chose this player with a Samsung 65" Q6LED, Yamaha a780, and Klipsch speakers. Nothing short of amazing.
