This is the 3rd time I purchased this player. One for family room one in finished basement and just bought another for my son. Excellent choice and works fantastic.

Specs claim .w2ts file format is compatible. Well, it will not play them, at least from a USB flash drive. Plays the video; but, not the audio portion. .wkv, mp4, etc. play fine. The w2ts files play fine on my PC The build-in hud works well.

Awesome product, plays all my cd’s dvd’s etc. does a great job. Connects with my tv and other products effortless, they are Samsung also. Remote connects without any code, great!

I love this Samsung 4k Blu-Ray player, much much more than the UBD-K8500, too bad Samsung gave up and left the Blu-Ray market.

Despite playing 4k discs, the startup is unbelievably quick. I like the new feature of displaying the information of the disc: resolution, audio, Bit Stream or PCM.

I picked this model because it pairs with my Samsung 4K tv and WOW! I've never seen a clearer more defined screen. Even better than the demo in the store!

This is a great DVD player with some very good software and the remote is very good to with volume control too. My next DVD player will also be a samsung

Seems to work just fine! I am glad manufacturers are starting to get the bugs out before putting items on the shelves!

1st time samsung user, lifetime sony guy....love my new blu ray player...4k hdr is the way to go..matches my new samsung 65 4k uhd hdr tv, soundbar n wireless speakers. Awesome

This is a great little unit, its more than just a DVD player you can also get Netflix and other channels with this player. A great feature and an unexpected one too.

I've been using Samsung products a long time and this one doesn't disappoint. Quick start-up and a broad range of usable apps. Plays movies beautifully.

samsung products have really come a long way, love them now. good products at a good price. has not had anything go wrong with it either.

So far the 4k player has worked great. Bought it because I already had a Samsung TV. Remote can control both the tv and 4k player which is nice!

Upgraded our Blueray player to go with our new home theater system. Works great and ease of installation. Most important is that it plays all old and new dvd’s

Wife got me this for Christmas as I had been wanting one for some time. Love the apps and the fact it’s wireless is awesome

I've had a 4k tv and cables for a while but this really takes the cake. I've needed a player and this one is great. The protection is so comforting too

There was nothing wrong with this, but I wanted the 4K player to mess well with the sounder and TV (started out with Samsung and ended up with Sony) so I returned to Best Buy-easy process- and bought a SonyUBP-X700

I returned the first unit that I bought because it would skip and stop during playback. The second unit did not not work much better. This unit would also eject the disk on occasion. I researched the problem and it seems to indicate a problem with the remote. I performed a reset of the remote and it did stop the problems until the first use and the problems returned. I traced the cause of the trouble down to buttons on the remote were sticking. By repeatedly pressing the buttons it worked out the kink. The remote is now fairly dependable but it still has occasional problems.

Great color, loads pretty quickly. Much better than my 3 year old samsung player that was horribly slow and had a hard time hooking to WiFi.

This Blu-Ray 4K DVD player is exactly as advertised. I hope the disc drive in it last longer than my last Samsung Blu-Ray player. I also own a LG which has done me good.
