However, the remote has buttons very small and close together, making larger hands more uncomfortable and difficult to control the player. The subtitles are either displayed too early or way too late, occasionally disappearing altogether. Don't know if it is the DVD player, but never had this problem before with playing the same DVD in other players.

There's no HBO NOW, for one thing, and the internet feature involve a keyboard that's difficult to use. Otherwise, it delivers all it promises.

Supposedly, the player was to automatically recognize the 4K Ultra...but the picture just looked like a typical Blu Ray to me. I could not detect a difference. Not sure if it's my TV, my player, or just my taste. I also bought expensive, all new cables at the same time, so I could get the most optimal picture quality. Just didn't see any difference between Blu Ray and 4K Ultra. Disappointed.
