After reaching home I noticed that the box was already open and it is not a brand new. Though I paid for new item not the open box. I returned this product. I will request Best Buy to check what your staff are packing product to customers. Product is good but I disappointed about store pick up.

Returned and exchanged the first unit because it had several glitches, including inability to connect to Wifi after initial setup (which was successful). This one worked fine until two days ago when, like the first unit, it was unable to recognize my Wifi signal. Other four devices in house that use Wifi are fine, which rules out the modem. I cannot recommend this model to anyone. Unless I can resolve the issue with Samsung, I am unlikely to purchase another Samsung product ever.

All the same model with at some point the same problem. This only happens on 4K movies. It will play for 8 seconds and then the screen will go black for 1 second and this just repeats over and over. Samsung said it needs a firmware update but it will not take. A hard reset seams to help some out it usually comes back. I disconnected one for a couple of months and it has been working fine ever since. Shame on me for continuing to buy these but I love it when it works as it is supposed to. This recent purchase I added a 2 year extended warranty.

A few months ago it started making rattling noises as the disk spun up. Now it has completely died. Not very happy about that. I think it should have lasted allot longer than it did considering how little it is used. Also can't watch HULU on it because HULU is no longer supported on this platform. Disappointed with Samsung's quality on this device.

The power button on the unit will not shut off the unit. I have looked at many Samsung support threads for this unit and many users are unable to fix the problem. Proposed solutions don’t work.
