Broke in less than a 10 months

But this one did. Not at all pleased.

Awful internet interface

Using the remote to access internet streaming is challenging at best. Very rudimentary and easy to miss your mark when trying to click on something.

Worst player I've ever owned

The second one has some extremely annoying features. Pros: -Relatively quiet. -No problem playing discs or most video files through USB. -I like the buttonless features on the player. Cons: -Every time I play something from the USB, the subtitles are on by default. -I've had two random factory resets. -Unable to do picture-in-picture commentary

Poor Blu-ray

Bought a Sony UBPX700 which is seamless with any blu-ray or DVD I tested. The apps on the player however are great but my TV covers all of that. Will be returning this soon. I really tied to run this player through the hoops with different disks both commercial and private home recordings. The Sony player had no issues with any disk I put in it. The Samsung player was ran into so many stops or hangs so often i finally gave up on it.

When a BRD was tried the unit would not play the disc and the slide out tray would open and close on its own signal. Over and over, open and close. Just stood there and watched in frustration. Will try to return.

Disappointing Product

After that, the sound quality is intermittent (the voices go in and out). I tested the disc on another player and it was fine. Finally, I put the new player in another room, and it works, but the sound is low. I can't recommend this one.

Bought this and now I have download software.

I doesn't work after just 1 year

I contacted Samsung, and now I have to drive like an hour or more to have it serviced, under no warranty. Don't buy it!
