fantastic, crisp, such clear pictures I have never seen...great player and nice model. easy to use.

Can definitely see the difference between this 4k ultra Blu-Ray player and my older "non-4k" Blu-Ray player. Also synced perfectly and instantly with our new 65" Samsung UHD TV, with no input required.

This player works very well especially for streaming if you don't have a smart tv. Upscaling seems to work nicely

I hooked this Blu-ray up to a TV that is not a 4k tv. I was told at the store that it shouldn't matter. When I turned things on the video quality was poor and I had no sound. After taking the player back and getting a replacement and hooking that one up, things worked great and the quality was excellent. That is until I turned it off and then started it up later. What I ended up discovering was that I have to turn the Blu-ray on first and then turn on the tv. If I do that sequence then things work great. If I turn the TV on first and then the Blu-ray, it's back to low quality and no sound. Weird. Other than that I love the Blu-ray.

Fantastic 4K Blu-ray player. Super easy setup and linked to my Samsung tv seamlessly.

The picture quality is perfect. It plays my 4k ultra movies incredibly well. Easily navigatible menus.

We had a problem with the on/off button on the remote jamming, which kept turning the unit on and off repeatedly if the remote was in front of the unit. Best Buy swapped out the player for us (it was within a week of purchase), and there have been no problems since. I would give the player a 4 overall because of the problem with the remote, but have given a review of 5 due to Best Buy's handling of the problem.

I read the mixed reviews of this player, but wanted to keep all of my components Samsung. I purchased a Samsung TV, Sound bar and wanted the 4K player Samsung too. I have to say, I was very concerned I wouldn't like it as I do. The noise people refer to is only at the loading of the Blu ray. I don't hear anything during playback. The picture quality is excellent and menu is very easy to use. I recommend the player.

Have used it only once since purchasing it as a bundle with Samsung TV and soundbar. It played the disc like it's supposed to. In the coming weeks, will play music on it to see how that works.
