    I wanted this player to go with my Samsung 65 inch tv. They are very compatible together. It was an open box item and I had to drive to a local city to pick up the product. When I got home I found it didn't have a power cord. I went to my local Best Buy and they remedied the situation.

    It being time to replace my old DVD player, I decided to go for the latest technology and get a 4k one to match my new TV. This fit the bill admirably. I'd caution anyone to verify your HDMI cables are newer and adhere to the 4k standards though as I had an issue with older cables that were cleared right up with new certified 4k ones.
