My first time using it, it made an intermittent loud whirring sound, almost as though it had a bad bearing. It seems to have settled in now, and so far hasn’t made the sound again.

I bought this to replace an old DVD. The difference between an old DVD and a newer Blu-ray DVD is amazing.

I'm in love wit this player, the difference in quality is quite visible. Very easy to use and set up.

I’ve only had this one for about a month, it replaced an older unit. It works great and up converts my older DVDs pretty well. The remote takes a little getting used to since it only have a few buttons. Overall I’m pleased with it and no issues as of now.

I love my new tv. Sound bar comes for Christmas. I have one in the other living room and it sounds great.

Good quality picture, nice controller, and good build quality. I bought this one particularly for the ability to play surround Blu Ray with the Sonos sound system. Worked as I hoped it would!

Operates well, upconverts DVDs and BluRays very well, and easy connection to my Denon with a HDMI cable.

I bought this on Black Friday through a 50% off sale. I just bought a Samsung 75" QLED TV and wanted to get a Samsung 4K player. Knowing that Samsung just exited the 4K player market, I knew I better do some research prior. I decided to purchase this player and am thrilled with the results. It has the same interface as my TV and plays my discs without issue. There are some apps that are not available, but it's not a big deal since my TV has them readily available. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and am happy to finally watch my movies in stunning 4K. Get it while you can! :)

We have not had any issues or problems with the player so far and have been very happy with the product.

I'm no techie but I can tell a difference in the picture quality from my old Blu Ray player. Now I need a 4K TV and I know the picture will look like glass! And, I had no problem accessing my Netflix through it. Popped right up! Great purchase for me indeed!

The samsung Ultra HD Blu Ray Player is amazing. Hooked up to my 4k tv and was amazed at the picture quality. Cant go wrong with this purchase. Plays blu-ray and regular DVD's so past purchases in the other formats are not a problem.

Nice design, fast and quiet when accessing & playing disc, fairly easy to use.

This is very slick. Can play both Blue Ray and DVDs. The remote is very easy to use. If you have to stop and play again, it remembers where you left off earlier and can play from there. It gives you an option to play from where you left or to restart the movie.

I love this 4k blu ray player. It works very well with my Samsung 4k TV. The image clarity and sound are great. I cannot however speak to the performance of the apps and wifi capabilities.I have a smart TV and no need for these features on my blu ray player.

Samsung is my go to brand for TV. The clarity is beyond expected. Easy set up and worth every penny!

I read several in-depth reviews on this player before buying it. I compared it to other reviews I had read about other players as well. Considering I had purchased a Samsung UHD TV, I decided to purchase a player within the same brand. The player is very easy to setup and even easier to use.

4K movies look amazing and it was easy to set-up for streaming wirelessly.

I have only watched a couple of 4k movies through the DVD player, but they look incredible. I sometimes have a problem with the volume being unable to adjust when using this item, but I am almost positive it is the sound bar, not the DVD player. Other than that I am happy with the purchase.

Samsung is a great product. I purchased a 4 k TV and the sales clerk told me about the DVD player.
