Great 4K Blue-ray player plus a bonus 4K disk! This purchase was a great pairing with my Samsung 55" Smart TV. I've entered a new era for my own experience & it's eye opening. I definitely feel this was a worth while investment. I always look forward to playing my 4k's, Blue-rays & DVDs.

This is a relatively fast Blu-ray player. The quality is good. The only thing we do not appreciate about this particular player is that there is no digital display on the front. You'd think for the price it would show the amount of time left on the disc, etc. Installation was easy. Got a really great discount on it for Black Friday so of course we kept it.

If connecting to an older 4K TV the options for additional content can be downloaded from Samsung. Otherwise the newer TVs all use the same options this comes with. The picture quality is superb and I have not seen this clarity since my old plasma TV.

This is a good piece to have, it looks awesome, however it makes a litte noise, like the one you use to hear on the VHS player.

My 4K movies look great playing through this player. Makes it even more convenient when having a Samsung tv with it. Upscaling regular blu-ray discs distorts the colors. Makes skin tones look redish like the characters are in red-lit room. Not sure if this is due to the player itself or the hdmi cable. Also, it would be nice if this came with a hdmi cable.

This is by far an excellent DVD player that holds true to Samsung's lineage of great electronics.

I had an older blue ray player, then i bought my new tv. I needed to upgrade my existing blueray to complete my new system. I had purchased newer blue ray disks with ultra hd disks included, this player plays em all! Perfect upgrade! Now im all set!

Good blu ray player. It says it 4K but can't tell the difference since not much products are 4k

I love all my samsung products. I recently purchased a new 4K Samsung TV and naturally could’t wait to get the 4K upscaling blu ray player. It’s easy to set up, and though I have a roku, making the smart tv feature redundant, I know that it is there if I need it.

I highly recommend buying the Blu-ray DVD player if you buy a high HDTV , this is a must have!

As advertised, very straight forward 4K Blu Ray player. Does the job and easy to use.

After purchasing a new 4k TV, we needed to upgrade our DVD player to a new 4K Blue Ray DVD player to get the most out of our new TV. We decided to stay with a Samsung unit and could be more happy. The unit is packed with features and has a very sleek design.

ALot of nice features for a great price. Love the upgrade for my blu rays and the wireless at this price point is another bonus feature. The picture quality is excellent and the sound satisfies my need for volume with the 4K of this blu-Ray player.

The player didn't come with a power cord or a remote, but since the cord was pretty standard with other devices of this type and the brand was the same as my TV, I gave it a shot. Sure enough, the cord was easy to grab from some older devices I had and the remote works like a charm. We are now enjoying our 4K setup as it was intended!

So glad I purchased this unit. 4K picture is the best. Worked flawlessly with my 65" uhd hdr tv It's like looking out the window. There's not a lot of 4K DVDs out there,but there's more to come. You Tube has a lot more 4K content. Wish it had a led display though.

Navigating with the remote is a bit slow and frustrating. Movies show great.

This was a no brainer. Our other DVD player was a Samsung and it didn't fail us. We replaced our T.V. and wanted a 4k DVD player to go along with the 4k t.v. and other new electronics. This is super cool and we had 4k movies ready to be played. Nice DVD player.

We've had this a few weeks now and have played several movies, DVD, Blu-Ray, and 4K Blu-Ray. Very pleased with the quality. Was especially surprised by how well it upscaled a DVD from 2002. Have not tried any apps as our TV has all of that built-in already.

Overall the Blu-ray Player is great. It does exactly what's advertised. It does a good job of upscaling DVD's and Blu-ray films to near 4K quality. However the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it won't pass through the volume bar from my Denon receiver,when in use for the most part.

The DVD player works as advertised, had to get a new one, as the Panasonic we’ve had for a while, no longer supported Netflix or Hulu for Apps. Only other App we had hoped was included was Disney Plus. Price was great as well, paid $149.00
