This player is wonderful. Even my husband’s old dvd’s play well on it. The clarity is great, even on the oldest dvds. The blue rays play even better and the 4k’s are wonderful.

It is hard to beat Samsung for reliable products and this one is no exception. Easy to setup with easy connection to my network. Works great and easy to navigate the menus

This is a very good player. Shows very crisp pictures and I love the apps that you can also use to stream other things. Price wasn't bad either.

This unit is a bit pricey but well worth the money, great functions and features and menu with a breathtakingly beautiful picture ! However Samsung has been having a rash of problems with there remote controls not working. I got a new one in the mail for free and now all is good.

This really raises the bar for picture quality. Not only do the blue ray movies look clearer and more brilliant but so does the streaming from YouTube and the like with its built-in WiFi.

Found this player easy to use and thus far worth the investment. Had one DVD that when played was rather grainy however, it was from 2005 so perhaps that's why.

I was gifted this 4k player as a gift for Father's Day. I promptly purchased a cheap 4k HDMI cable and handful of UHD Discs and have been enjoying 4k content since. The player itself has a nice clean form factor, pretty quiet during operation, a major difference from last years K Series player. The only knock I really have on this M8500 is the lack of dual HDMI ports (1 input, 1 output). I cannot understand why anyone would choose this unit over the 9500 to save a mere $30, but to each their own. This is a great player, lacking an HDMI output notwithstanding.

This is by far the best Blu-Ray player if you have a 4K TV. This has everything you need, and the colors really pop. the loading is fast and the home screen is really user friendly.

The difference in the load time and visual quality produced by a Phillips 4k player and this product is uncanny. 4k Blu-ray is worth the upgrade and this unit is worse the price.

We're not tech savvy and We've still learning everything our Blue Ray player can do. It connects and talks to our other devices easily and is very quiet. Plays great movies!

Great player. Perfect integration with Samsung TV. Wish the USB was 3.0 or faster. I like to play content off USB, and this is USB 2.0 like its year 2000.

I recently bought the Q60 and didn't want to use the same one for 2 different TV's. I had no problem with the first one so I bought a new one for the new TV.
