This product works perfectly and is exactly what we needed in our playroom for the grandkids!

So it’s pretty cool. You plug a cord into the tv from this machine, and then put this disc in the machine, and the “movie” plays on the tv. Really like it, I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have one of these!

This Blu-ray player is a nice unit. Picture quality is outstanding. The only drawback is that there is no indicator light on this model. This model's appearance is quite basic. However, clarity is excellent and lives up to Samsung's reputation!

Put this out to an outdoor projector and had a drive-in movie night for the kids in the backyard work great

I have watched The Martian in UHD and it is amazing! It looks real like you are on Mars. The upconversion makes standare blu-ray look like native 4K. The colors in Moana look awesome with smooth motion. Its like being at the theater.

This was our adventure into the Blueray world. Had a dual DVD/VHS unit taking up a lot of space, showing its age and not being fully used. This is a compact unit that plays DVD and blue ray disks as promised. No bells or whistles but for the price they weren't expected (nor desired)

I was looking for a good but fairly priced player and this worked out great. I am happy with my purchase

Thus far, I have only used this player for regular DVD's and haven't had a chance to use it for Blu-Ray. It performs very well with my Fire TV, but the remote has a set of numbers whose purpose I don't understand.

Easy to connect, simple to operate, handles my basic Blue Ray needs fine.

I haven't hooked it up to the internet- so I don't know what happens with that. Otherwise great product.

Wanted something without built-in wi-fi and this was the only one available.

I'm not exactly sure why but I've avoided blueray all this time. I think at one time you had to have either blueray or DVD but now since they are combined, the point is moot. I use this player strictly as a player and do not run any of the apps on it because I run the apps on my TV instead. It does not have a wireless internet connection, if you need one, but requires a wired ethernet cable connection. It may be a familiarity thing but I'm having trouble with this device picking up where it left off when it either gets stopped or paused for longer than 15 mins or so after which it shuts off automatically even if a movie is on pause. It seems to always want to restart things at the beginning. When playing, it works great but picking up a move where left off that has been paused/stopped has been a frustrating issue.

Just got it connected yesterday. Hook-up real easy. Works good, nice picture on TV. Nice to put a USB drive in and see the photos on large screen TV. Wish the remote was easier to understand . Be. nice to have a power indicator light.

We own four Samsung players. The only brand we will ever purchase.

Pretty great player for the price... go get one for yourself.

This is a pretty basic bluray player. It will play a semi scratched dvd without problems. It only has power and eject buttons (so can't play or pause if the remote gets lost in couch) but for the price that's expected!

Easy to setup. Good, basic player. No LEDs on front panel so no idea if powered on or off, but not really a deal breaker. I have had good luck with samsung blue ray players so far.

Simple, affordable and easy to set up. Basically got this one for the guest bedroom. Was easy to set up, works just great, no issues with picture quality or loading speed. So far, so good. Highly recommend as a cheap BR player.
