I bought this for a retired friend and he plays DVD, Blu-Ray and CD Discs and streams Web and Internet videos everyday. I would buy this unit again on sale for sure.

A Gift for my Wife

It is easy to use and works great.

Ok product at a decent price

Although when you stop the disc and turn off the power it does not remember the place you stopped at. Other players I have had will remember the point at which you stopped.

Excellent basic blu-ray player

The only thing that is slightly annoying is that you have no way of seeing if it is turned on or not (no light, sound, etc). Not a huge deal- good player!

Does what its supposed to do

I think my biggest problem is that this thing doesn't have a WIFI card in it. Its 2017... so to use the streaming features or anything on here that requires internet you need to have this thing hooked up directly to a router or internet source. It boggles my mind. Not only does this NOT come with wireless capability and NO ethernet cable... it doesnt even come with an HDMI cable to connect it to your TV (this isnt my biggest concern if it cuts down cost) BUT you can easily by a sony bluray for cheaper that has WIFI... huge misstep (inconvenience) by Samsung
