Have never had blu ray player which we can also play regular dvd's and this was eASY to set up and picture quality excellent well woth the money which was also reasonable

This blue ray player works well on newer TV's. its a little more complicated to set up on older model flat screens.

For the money spent, I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. Great quality behind a great company name. No problems yet!

a bit wonky sometimes; tricky to get to work quickly but that could be due more to my luddite leanings; good thing the hubby knows his way around our electronics

Typical Samsung quality in a very basic unit. Good pic reproduction from third parties. Good for the jnrje

Works well with other Samsung Components. Paired perfectly with my Samsung TV. Opera software doesn't have HBO Go or ESPN Aps.

I love Samsung and their products as they work well with my Samsung LED TV, so when Best Buy had this on sale at their door for $60 and needing a new BluRay player I jumped on this for the price of $60 AND the BluRay player having the smart features, including YouTube. All was working well until this morning when it seems the IR port broke. The remote worked fine for a bit and then it was sometimes working and sometimes not, but it would ALWAYS work with my tv to change the inputs and other TV functions. Then this morning it would not work at all, yet the player seemed to work okay. The other thing I DONT like is that there were NOT any lights to indicate activity. So even when the player was ON it would not even have an indicator light. I took this back to Best Buy today and traded it out for a similar Sony version that is actually $5 cheaper and right now the Sony is far superior.

We bought this because we have enormous amounts of does we use to love watching. We are also a digital family. We enjoy streaming our movies also. This does both.

Does everything you ask it to do. Easy to connect and operate. My 9 year old grandson connected and set up with no assistance. I’d buy another one.

Easy to use and setup Blu-ray player. Easy understand on screen menus. sad it didn't come supplied with an HDMI cable though

Best Buy technical floor support person gave us a run down on several units and recommended this one. Inexpensive and does what we need. Easy to install and use.

Cheap blu ray player that does the job. Only thing I dont like is there is no power light showing whether or not it is on.

Player works fine. If you just want a basic blue ray player for a good price this is it. I haven't had any problems with it.

I purchased this for my uncle whom is not really technology savvy. It was simple for him to use. Very easy set up and great picture quality.

I think this player was everything I had hoped for and more. The picture streaming thought the player is sharp and very clear.

I did not have the time to figure this product out. it was a bit complicated for me, lol, probably one of my kids could have done it, though. LOL. (therefore, i did return it)

This blue ray player is easy to use! Only one drawback, no on light. You actually have to feel it to see if it has been left on.

I bought this not realizing that you had to connect it to router with an enthernet cable, which was doable for me since that is in another room. Other than that I really liked it.

Upgraded to the HD blue ray player when upgrading my TV. Has more options than I needed - don't need the wifi/Netflix, etc.

I like the product for the price and it does what I need it to do. great for streaming
