We definitely can appreciate that different customers have different needs. All of our Blu-Ray offerings this year (and in 2016) will have Wi-Fi except for the entry level model. We offer that model as a low-cost option for people who have their network set up by the TV or have a smart-house with Ethernet already networked and don't need Wi-Fi.
The BD-J5700, BD-J5900 and BD-J7500 all have Wi-Fi. We're sorry this wasn't made more clear, but we hope you'll give one of those other models a chance. We think you'll like what we offer.

It didn't come with an HDMI cable so I had to buy one of those too. The money I saved by buying the unit on sale paid for the cable. And you also need an ethernet cable if you want internet access. I would not recommend this to a friend at the regular price.

They all play beautifully at first, but doesn't take long before the dvd starts freezing and jerking while playing. In my case, I solved the problem finally by changing the hdmi cable to a very expensive one. It's impossible to tell if the unit is off or on, due to the total lack of an indicator light. Priced ok for the quality.
