First of all, I received the order in the time promised. Two days! Second, there were some reviews about the sound being low and the picture being fluttery or something. I didn't find either of those complaints to be true. Great picture and the sound quality was excellent! Yes it's an entry level TV but what they deliver is excellent. I have a Samsung tv that I have to turn the sound up to 100% to hear if I have a fan running. Not the case here. I mostly watch recorded videos with vastly different sound quality and and this tv handles all of them. Yes you may have to raise the sound level but I have found that I have never had to go above 65, even with "a fan running". The tv is not smart, but my Blu Ray player makes it so. Any video box will do the same. Liked the service and LOVE the tv for the money!

This was a good blue-ray player. I initally bought it to combat my lack of an internet connection to allow myself to play my dvd's and was happy with the quality of playback and ease of use even prior to getting my internet set up and now that I have internet it has worked great to link to my streaming services and allow for use either with physical dvd's or via web streaming.

Great price and works great! Would definitely recommend it.

Easy to use, many apps, and when paired with a Samsung tv the picture quality is outstanding!

I purchased this bluray player as an upgrade for my parents, and we are all exceedingly pleased with its performance over the last month. The "smart" menu allows easy access to all of its features. And the machine facilitates beautiful pictures and sound through the lcd television. The only slight oddity is that the unit does not display an indicator light when the power is on to let the user know its status, but the annoyance level is minor. Overall, it is an excellent and cost-effective piece of technology.

We have a smart tv so this blu-ray was perfect for us. Bought an open box for $40. Didn't need to plug into eithernet because of our tv. That's probably why someone returned it.

I started to use this product right out of the box, no complex set up, in fact one of the friendliest and intuitive menu I have used.

I watch most movies on line or via satellite, so I have hesitated buying one, but finally got a handful of movies on disk and wanted to watch them, so it was time. Works fine.

This DVD player is perfect for the price. It can be a little sluggish, but works great most of the time. I have had no significant problems.

The shape of the player is cool, but there is no way to tell if the power is on (no red light), and it doesn't tell you how far you are into a movie on the front of the player. For a $70 Blu-Ray player, you'd figure this would be standard. However, it does work fine.

I bought this player because I had just purchased a HDTV and thought it was time to upgrade my movies as well. This player is easy to use and has some nice features with it. My favorite feature is that with my Samsung TV, when you turn the player on the TV goes on and when you turn the player off the TV goes back to its previous setting. It was easy to hook up to my surround sound and everything works like a charm.

I like the fact that when the device is turned on it goes directly to it's hdmi spot. I would have preferred a light to indicate on or off.

This blu-ray player was unbelievably easy to hook up to my TV. One cable and one plug into the wall. That’s it! The price was right too. Simple to use as well.

This is a good product. It's a smart DVD player and connect to the Internet very easy. It was very easy to set up. I'd buy another one.

We wanted a simple plug and play blueray player. This one works very well and upgrades the quality of a regular DVD surprisingly well.

Never been able to watch Netflix and listen to pandora and open Amazon on my tv and I love it!
