Sometimes I need to reset it by unplugging the device but it seems to be getting better with time. Overall good player and Netflix is the only thing that really freezes on occasion.

Blu-Ray player

Every time we wanted to use it we had to pull it off the shelf in order to even see the button. This new player has the open button and power button on the front which makes it easier to start up.
