This is an excellent product to upgrade your TV to access channels such as NetFlix, Amazon, Hulu and many more that are available with the DVD player. It will obviously add the ability to play DVD and BluRay DVD's to your TV but it will also essentianly upgrade your TV to a smart TV

We were looking for a Blu-Ray player to replace our old Samsung player, but we didnt want to spend $200 for one of the higher end Samsung players. We didnt need the 3D functionality but needed a player that provided access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. This Blu-Ray player was priced under $100 which was a great value, and it works great. Very easy to use!

I've been pleased with my purchase thus far. I didn't realize how much I'd enjoy being able to view YouTube from my blu ray and tv. With my 1080p tv, the picture is crystal clear. I love it. The only thing that's a little weird is there is no light to indicate it's on. It's not a big deal for me, but I could see it being a problem for some. I love it.

After owning this Samsung blu-ray player for about a month now I'll say it's a good buy, really great picture quality bright and crisp and over 200 apps installed goes with my LED Samsung HDTV

Very good Blu Ray player for the price. The picture it shows is really nice as well. I've most streamed Netflix through the device and it was worked beautifully. I would say the only downside that it's a little lite of features but it does it's job.

I finally brought myself into the 21st century, I love the fact I can access all my apps, Netflicks, Amazon, Flixster, Ultra-Violet, Hulu, etc. with this device. I can also play my DVD's, and CD's. Great picture, easy set up, and easy to operate.

This player was easy to set up, unwrap, plug in and ready to go. I am not a tech savvy individual and I was able to figure this one out. Picture on screen is large and it is easy to move around to different providers. Appears to be a good buy.

Great BlueRay player, does everything I could want with all the Apps as well. only thing I dislike is no light to tell you if its on or off

I am very satisfied with this player and the streaming software it comes loaded with: Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, Pandora, a few others I'm not familiar with, and even a weather app. I bought to avoid having to pay for cable, and with all of the options, I'm not left looking for more. The player does have about a 30-second start delay after turned on where if you've tried to choose an app it will give you a variety of error codes either about updates or connectivity issues, but I've found if I just wait those 30 seconds out, it's good to go. Out of many hours of streaming only twice it inexplicably refused to unpause & subsequently had to be shut off. Think it was a fluke. The software seems to stay up-to-date so that it visually matches PC and app based versions as well. Overall love this player! Great deal for the price.

Works as it should and easily. My only complaint would be that there is no light on it to let me know whether it is turned on or off.

I was recently looking for a BD/DVD player for my young daughter's room that wasn't expensive but it would be reliable. Luckily for me this was on sale. Besides playing BD and DVD disks it also has all the basic built in apps that provide video streaming (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Amazon, etc). One of the features i found is how efficient that Wi-Fi works. I have set up a WI-Fi extender in the hallway about 40 feet from the room where this is located and it does picks up the signal without any problem. This item would make a great addition to anyone not looking to spend money on a new smart TV but wants that ability to stream online media, just make sure you pick a HDMI cable before you get home. Highly recommended.

I bought this as a gift to my parents for Christmas. Not was this player affordable, but both the physical design and user-interface was top-notch. Once it was connected to wi-fi and updated, this became a solid entertainment device in the living room. The biggest thing that was noticed by my parents was the player's strict simplicity in size and presentation. The player is super-light and takes up very little shelf space. There was no light to indicate it was off. No start up chime or animation to identify itself. While the remote had the essential buttons for function, the player itself only has two buttons: "Eject" and "Power".

Set up was quick, quality of picture is good. Can be a bit slow switching on from the remote control but otherwise I am very impressed with the overall set up. Haven't played any Blu Rays on it yet so can't comment on that part yet.

It is small and easy to use. Lots of built in features.

Simple design. Easy setup. Works as advertised. Would recommend to buy. Only downside is that it doesn't have a power indicator so you never really know if you left it on or not.

I had to replace my previous disc player because my cable box created so much heat it damaged the player. This player was cheaper than my old player plus I can now stream net flicks movies through my disc player. Great addition!

Product does what it claims. Very easy to setup. Wifi connected perfectly and am streaming without any issue. Have spent many hours streaming YouTube. Plays DVDs' and Blu-ray just fine. Some reviews state noise as issue. I do not find that to be a problem. For the money I am happy enough to buy second for elsewhere in house.

I was not ready to set this unit up but my daughter wanted it up yesterday I started the task and was pleasantly surprised how quickly the task of configuring the blue ray player took Setting up wifi was a snap and shortly we were watching YouTube Facebook and Netflix The blue ray DVDs looked awesome Highly recommended for anyone
