Great blue ray player

One for each TV upstairs, great value and quality. The only change I wish samsung would do is add a power ON light. I still highly recommend this product and would buy another.

Decent smart player for good price

I bought it because it was cheap and it has performed quite well. Unit gets very hot due to a poor cooling design, and this affects latency but to the average user it's not noticeable.

Great bluray player for the price

The only thing I do not like is that it doesn't have a light on the front to tell you if it is on or off. Have to turn on the tv to find out.

It's working, but one time I had to unplug it and plug it. Since then, it's working, fine. I don't like not having a power light. Just be patient with it.

I plan to watch many movies during the cold Ohio winter. Additionally, my granddaughter loves watching her movies via blu-ray and monopolizing the computer. So pleased, that I purchased one for a relative for a Christmas gift.

Advised the sales associate and she suggested this model, but you have to push too many keys to get where you can view the Netflix menu.
