I have never had a DVD player before.This player was very easy to set up and so far has provided flawless performance. The controller is also easy to understand and use.

Great for us older generation that have little to none electronic knowledge.

Just bought this player have not had any problems and this is a Samsung love this product

This blue ray player has nice features simple to use and good picture quality. The only improvement would be that there is not a power display on the unit.

I actually have two of these. Easy to set up & operate. The only dislike I have is that there is not an indicator light on the front to tell you whether the device is on or off.

I replaced my older DVD player with the Samsung BD-J5700 Blu-ray player and love it. I especially love using the built-in Wi-Fi to stream movies on Netflix. Just make sure you download the most recent updates from Samsung when you first install the player.

For the price of blue ray player with the smart apps. This is a great item!

This is a great Blu-ray player for the price. Enough apps (netflix, pandora, etc.) to keep yourself entertained. Wi-fi as well, so less clutter. If you're looking for something on the cheaper side until 4k players drop in price, this is one to tide you over.

Great size / compliments the Samsung 32" smart TV as space was at a minimum

Very easy setup. The Blu-ray player was fully functional 5 minutes after I opened the box.

I'm very pleased with the new TV you delivered. Not sure i need the ROKU I bought, however. On 8 Dec, I advised that I had a very large 200+ lbs TV that needed to be removed. On 11 Dec a 2-man crew dropped off the new TV, but had no room to pick up my old TV. The pickup was rescheduled for today, 28 Dec 12:00-4:00 PM, but no one called or showed up. After 20 minutes on the phone at 4:30, I found out they weren't going to show up. This is outrageous! No reason was given. I will never go through this again with Best Buy. I still have the old TV and no idea when it will be picked up, but apparently not this year. And you call this service!!! The only reason I went with Bet Buy is because they said they would pick up the old TV.

Samsung makes the best blu Ray players. I bought this to replace an old one. Works great.

This works very well and it is very compact so it fits on the shelf nicely.

This is a good basic blu-ray player with streaming play options. It connected easily and has no problems so far. It’s simple to use and a great buy at its price.
