Customer Ratings & Reviews

For the price of blue ray player with the smart apps. This is a great item!

I like this Blu-ray player! It matches up very well with my Samsung TV. It is the best!!!

I have been happy with all of my samsung products. The wi-fi built in is a great feature.

Great size / compliments the Samsung 32" smart TV as space was at a minimum

I'm very pleased with the new TV you delivered. Not sure i need the ROKU I bought, however. On 8 Dec, I advised that I had a very large 200+ lbs TV that needed to be removed. On 11 Dec a 2-man crew dropped off the new TV, but had no room to pick up my old TV. The pickup was rescheduled for today, 28 Dec 12:00-4:00 PM, but no one called or showed up. After 20 minutes on the phone at 4:30, I found out they weren't going to show up. This is outrageous! No reason was given. I will never go through this again with Best Buy. I still have the old TV and no idea when it will be picked up, but apparently not this year. And you call this service!!! The only reason I went with Bet Buy is because they said they would pick up the old TV.

We purchased this item for my grandmother. She was still using an offbrand DVD player and decided we needed to move her to this century. It is very easy to set up and use the smart options as well as using it for its intended purpose which is watching Blu-ray's.

I really am enjoying this product. I'm glad that it had Netflix and other apps on it.

Easy set up, great value. Equally simple to use. Prompts for regular software updates.

Easy to install. Worked perfectly to fit our needs.

This works very well and it is very compact so it fits on the shelf nicely.

Simple to use and great picture quality. Excellent addition to my entertainment system

Was just exactly what we needed. Small and compact. Set itself up when we plugged it in.

This blue ray player has nice features simple to use and good picture quality. The only improvement would be that there is not a power display on the unit.

Puts my old dvd player to shame! Using it with a 4K t.v. and the picture is unbelievable!

This is a good basic blu-ray player with streaming play options. It connected easily and has no problems so far. It’s simple to use and a great buy at its price.

It is light and the set-up is easy to follow. I look forward to using it!!

This is a good quality blu ray player. It is easy to use so if you have children that are of the age you allow them to put tapes in/out, it is probably the easiest one you can have. I have been pleased with the quality and the performance of this player.

Works great, easy to use. Needed to upgrade from my old one and pleased of my choice.

Was the right size for my console. Picture was clear. I enjoyed my movies.

Love it always. Great product and easy to install.
