Does everything you want a top blu ray player to do for a reasonable price

Easy to install. Light weight. Love the features build in, like Netflix, youtube etc.

I purchased this to replace a Blu-ray player with an integrated Surround Sound system. As an engineer, I am fairly savvy, technology-wise, and could not successfully get my old Blu-ray surround sound system to play through my new Sonos Play-bar. My son, who is also very savvy, could not get it to work either. In frustration, I donated my old Blu-ray player and all of its surround sound components to the Salvation Army, resisting the strong urge to give it the same treatment as the problem-riddled office printer in the movie "Office Space". I then went to Best Buy and purchased this simple yet good quality stand-alone Blu-ray player. It was simple to operate and it installed perfectly the first time. I can now easily switch between a Blu-ray recording and live TV without any compatibility problems with my Sonos Playbar, which I absolutely love.

I purchased this item December 2016 and i like the player some i only needed a basic dvd player. I didn't really need all the apps since my tv has the same capabilities. I don't even really use them to be honest. My only complaint is that like others stated it has no power light. My tv is also a Samsung so I'm not sure when I'm turning my tv on if I'm actually turning the dvd player on as well since it has no indicator. The player also curves which you really can't see in the picture so if you have a narrow piece it sits on not sure how stable it will be. I also got this open boxed. Overall good player to have.

Samsung makes a great product. All my TVs and my other Blu-ray is Samsung.

works fine, I like the apps already installed. I like that it is pretty small in size.

Works great and has all the applications I need, mainly Netlfix! And has built-in WiFi!

For the price, this is a solid smart Blu-ray player. Works well, lots of apps to choose from. My only comment would be that the Interface is a little sluggish at times.

The Blu-ray player was almost 10 year upgrade for me. What I didn't like was that it did not have internet access like my old one did and also I had a problem when watching videos on YouTube or listening to Pandora through the apps on the Blu-ray player. Very loud click songs every time something with switch but I was not using a soundbar, I was using the headphone out on my Insignia TV. So now I bought Roku sticks for both televisions and it's only happening with a different VCR DVD combo recorder but very very nicer. As a Blu-ray player for movies and music it is a great unit.

We have nothing bad to say about this blu-ray player! We didn't even know we could access Hulu, Amazon Instant Video and Netflix! A great plus! I would definitely recommend this player to anyone, we always buy Samsung when it comes to home theater equipment.

This is a great little Blu-ray player. I like how it's small and takes up way less room than the one we replaced. Also love being able to stream Netflix and Amazon thru it. There are other streaming options as well, but we haven't taken advantage of those.

Bought this to go with my granddaughters TV. I really like this Blue Ray.
