||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought few Sony players in the past year seems that junk don't last but 6 months never any Sony players switched to this one and out of the box a huge difference in picture and quality But someone or something was missing a power light like a blue one or white so you can tell the power is on very disappointed about no power light see about installing my own cool power light so I'm giving this player a 3.5 instead of a 5. Heck may not work in 6 months like the Sony's good luck

Hold up quite well with a streaming family

The menu's aren't set up the best in my opinion, but that's just personal preference on how they're shown. Playback and controls all work well and the family is happy.

Interface clunky but amazing device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a gift- This device hooked up to the wifi with a little effort as the keypad is selected using the remote. There was a bit of delay between switching of apps. The Cox Infinity remote did not find the box, requiring two remotes. Handoff from both Android Pad or laptop using Google Chrome was seamless with no interruption. The interface leaves little to be edited and this means you have to skip over apps you will never use, while not having enough selection of apps you actually use. The use of DVD was flawless and it is expected that the BluRay will also be perfect.

Good performance, but short on looks

Samsung Blu Ray Player

Reasonably priced for a machine that not only plays Blu Rays but the built in wifi streams movies, uses YouTube, and many others. Great value!

Wonderful blu-ray player; love it!

I know it will be good quality & last a long while! I upgraded from a DVD player to this & WOW I can't get over the difference! I'm completely satisfied with this product & am still mesmerized how incredibly more real my DVD's now look. I picked up a few bargain bin blu-Rays also & they are absolutely amazing to watch after viewing these movies at the theatre; I notice much more detail and felt like the movie characters were standing right in my living room! Impressive! Great buy.
