If it does have lights, they are not bright enough or in a location for my old eyes to see. Seems a little slow in responding to the buttons.

Great BluRay Player for the price

Does the job seamlessly.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This Blu Ray player is made by Samsung and should be held th their higher standards. Sadly it is not. First, when you first hook it up there is not one light on the front of it telling you wether it is on or not. Weird but not a deal breaker. Most important, I have had 2 of these now and each one stops working randomly. In order to get it working again you have to unplug it and restart it. But the only way to know if it is on is to try opening the tray because there are no lights. I even called Samsung thinking I was missing something with the power light not being on but I was told that this model has no lights. Really? Couldn't afford the what, 1/10 cent for an LED? But I could have overlooked that if not for the fact I had to uplug it 3 times to get it to power up, and today just stopped streaming while we were watching it.
