Plugged her in, updated and haven't had any problems. Easy to use too.

I purchased this due to the compact size to fit on my tv media console.

We just needed a simple, sleek basic Blu-ray player for our new smart TV. We decided to go with a Samsung as our new TV is Samsung. This was a reasonable price. It was a breeze to get installed and it works great.

My previous Blu-ray player was very slow to load movies and would occasionally stop and lose its place and have to be reloaded. This new player loads movies fast and plays perfectly. The look of the player is very understated with its small black slightly curved box. But it has it where it counts. Good on screen menus and plenty of apps.

I am happy with this Samsung wireless blue ray player. Easy setup. I received it as a gift. I bought a different brand a year ago but it did not work well for very long. Good picture good sound. So far it works well.

This is a great unit for those in need of a smart device.

I really enjoy this wifi DVD player. Easy to use, and love the fact I can use my non smart tv and get onto Netflix easily. The only bad thing is you don't know when it is turned on because there is no light to indicate that.

This Blue Ray player was recommended by the salesperson. It was a good decision. I needed a basic player and didn't want to spend a lot of money. Its working great with my new TV purchase. Small and compact.

This is a very good quality Blue-ray player for the money. Produces a nice quality picture. Easy to use functions, very easy to setup.

Best Buy seemed to have a good price for this product, but online research listed this DVD Player for the same price, and in some cases even a lower price in other stores. While doing this research I found a Sony Blu-Ray DVD with more features, up-scaling to 4K, and more web capability plus a big discount. Since it wasn't a 4K UHD model, but did have 4K up scaling, it whad more of what I wanted. However, Best Buy wouldn't quote price directly online, plus this model was "sold out" and not available. I'm sure this SONY Blu-Ray DVD player is a good product, but since it was not available and not priced at Best Buy, I purchased it at another store.

The only problem for me is it hasn’t any light but is ok
