Great feature of continuing where I left off after I take the disc out of the player. This is the fifth dvd player I have bought since the format began, and the third actual blu ray, and none of them had anything like this. So, that feature is impressive. But the DTS soundtrack, which was a huge plus on my last machine, does not seem to work on this one. It is still connected to my huge receiver and the new player was installed by a Geek squad person. The sound is still good, but doesn't have the zing that i am used to.

I’m not the most tech savvy so it’s possible that they can...I just couldn’t figure out how after several attempts, so for me that took away from the experience.

It works as described. I can play Blu-Rays discs, DVDs, and CDs. It is compact so it does not take that much space in my entertainment cabinet.
