I bought it for the apps. Im using it to watch Netflix and its just good. For watching Blue-rays it works as any other player. Be aware that with some internet providers it does not update the clock and produces that any app does not work, it shows something like "please wait, updating clock" and does not open the app. Try calling your internet provider to hel you fix this. I connect it to my phone to update the clock and the connect it to my wifi to enjoy Netflix.

Samsung always steps to the plate with quality equipment for a very inexpensive cost. I have 2 of these.

This player is easy to set up and use. I wanted an inexpensive player that can be moved to other rooms as needed. This player is perfect for what I was looking for and works very well!

Originally I bought a non-wireless Blu-Ray player for more than this cost, and it was open box. But having Wi-Fi is nice, for Netflix, etc. so finding this at a low cost was a good find.

Can't really say too much about this item. It's a smart unit, so will pull up all the apps you need, but outside of that, there's nothing fancy about it. I stopped watching 3D, so was OK going with this one.

The Blu-Ray/DVD player has a modern design and nicely matches most Samsung TV's. The one thing I do miss is no light on the unit to indicate when it is off/on.

Bought this as a replacement unit for a much older Blu-ray player. Has all the basic built-in features that you want. Was easy to hook-up and has been easy to operate.

Mostly used to access Netflix. Occasionally watch DVDs. Inexpensive and works great with my home network and TV.

I knew this "smart" DVD player had limited capabilities, like not being able to add apps, but I must say that the MOST annoying thing about this is the fact that there's no "power" light to indicate if the DVD player is on or not. It's VERY ANNOYING!!! The price was decent, but I'm pretty sure to add a simple little light wouldn't/shouldn't change the price for the DVD player!

This blu ray has made me step up my game. I was in tears when my DVD player died but this has made this worth while. I love that I can watch Hulu and Netflix on it.

Nothing fancy or confusing to set up. Watch Movies - DVD or Blu-Ray. Nice and inexpensive and with the price match - instant gratification instead of waiting for a shipment.

This Blu-ray player is everything that it promises to be. Easy set-up, simple to use, streams very well and has a variety of apps. I would definitely recommend.

I was surprised how awesome this DVD player is - five minutes to set up, connect to my HULU, Netflix, etc, instantly - ease of use is pretty crazy. Wifi built it makes it even easier!

Blu-ray players are almost all the same. Well, some are "smart" and some aren't. Since the TV is smart already, that feature wasn't really necessary. The convience is that the remote will control the TV too.

The blu-ray player works great!! I love how I'm able to watch Netflix and Hulu whenever and then switch it to a blu-ray so easily. It works great and I've never had any problems with it.

This player is full of features. I bought it primarily because it had wifi capabilities. Nice player, for the price.

I purchased this to replace the one I previously had that stopped working. It is very easy to hook up and start using. I am extremely satisfied with this equipment.

You can always count on Samsung products to be state of the art. This player puts out an amazing picture for the price. I like the fact that you don't have to run a cable for Wi-Fi .

It is a good player for the money. However, it automatically turns on when we turn the TV on and overrides the Sat system. We have to turn it off to watch TV.
