The smart portion is slow and only has few pre-installed apps. It works just the same as smart Samsung TV. I am happy with the quality of the player and its compatibility

It came in handy during Hurricane Irma and our cable was out a month. Played it all day every day during the month with no problems

Fine player, did not like no display

I knew the player did not have the display when purchasing the player and thought initially I would not care, but it turned out I prefer having a display. I returned the player and bought a player with a display.

Good player but loud

When playing a blu-ray, the player makes an audible whine which can be distracting in quiet parts of a movie. The whine stops when the blu-ray stops playing. Good value for the price. Next time I'll spend a little more money for a higher quality player.
