The Movie sound at home

The technician (Dan) at Best Buy showed us the difference! WOW! You can literally have surround sound in your living room! It also boosts the volume by double what the TV could do alone.

Lacking features

I fail to believe that Samsung can not afford a light to tell you that it is on or off. Compared to my older ones this should be the poster boy for made in China. I understand fewer parts mean more profit but it is overly cheap. It does play well and has a nice picture. I'm still looking for the 250 apps listed on the box.

I Love Samsung Products

I have one in my house also and it is a good Blu-ray player; had it for many years. About a month ago my son's stopped working so I contacted Samsung. They tried to do a fix via the phone but it wasn't enough. They sent out a mailer for me to send it to them so they could take care of the problem. We got it back very quickly and the problem was fixed. Their customer service was top notch in the quick and efficiend way they handled the problem. Even if there is a problem with one of their products, Samsung is there to help.
