Bought this because it has "AnyNet" capability which allows my TV to communicate directly with it via the HDMI connection. Now my TV, Sound Bar, and BluRay player are all controlled by a single remote with no other remote programming or IR repeaters required. :)

I have purchased this blu ray player from Best Buy before was very happy with player so it was natural for me buy another for a different tv.

Not a bad product. Could have better wifi range. Haven't had updates yet, but Samsung is usually very easy to maintain with software. I assume this product will be the same.

This replaced a Sony Blu Ray player I've had for about 3 years - the Sony one never worked well, so this one has already exceeded expectations by actually playing videos. Has the added benefit of also providing connections to Netflix, Amazon, etc; my older smart TV that it's connected to was not able to stream things quite as well as this box, and it delivers superior color and black saturation.

I like it, which produces a clear picture, is easy to install, and is reasonably priced.

The player has been great for us. I think the number of apps is deceiving though, unless we just haven't figured out how to use them yet. So far only about 4 or 5 seem relevant.

Great bluray player for a good price. Really easy to set up and works great. Can also be used very well for Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps.

I cannot believe how well this Samsung Blu-Ray player produces a high quality picture that is so easy to operate! This is so worth the money I love it.

Haven't made the jump to a 4K TV yet, so I was looking for a regular blu-ray player. Videos have a much cleaner/crisper look with this player versus my old blu-ray player. Nothing else has changed, same TV, same HDMI cable, so it must be the quality of the player.

Player seems to work fine but if you lose the remote, there is no way of playing the DVD or streaming apps such as Netflix. There is no power light on the base as well to see if it is left on. If the TV is off, you would never know if it was on or off which drains electricity. Good quality but needs revamped.

For the price this is a good item. Plays regular and blu ray DVDs. Only downfall is you have to buy the cable

This is an awesome Blu-ray player. We love it so much that we bought 4 of them. It has so many features. Works super great with our Samsung televisions.

it's nicely designed, slim, and compact. could say alot that you can read in it's details, easy to use, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I needed a device to watch some DVD’s I have, and this Blu-Ray player does that very well. Someday, if I buy some Blu-Ray disks, I’ll have the right device to watch them. What I’m loving most is the ability to stream Amazon. I’m an Amazon Prime member, and I got to plug this great device into the HDMI port on the Flat Screen TV in my living room, and stream Amazon content through my home Wi-Fi. The only thing I wish the device had, is a little power indicator light. I can’t tell if the device in on or not. Great Product. Great Shipping. Thank you! -Ron Maltase
