The product does what it's supposed to do. I was able to play Blu rays clearly. Haven't tried to use the build in WiFi yet

I purchased this product to replace an older Samsung Blu-ray player that was no longer being supported with firmware updates and could not play newer Blu-ray discs. I also wanted one through which I could stream Netflix and Amazon, since my older TV does not have that capability. This player, though modest in cost, fulfills both functions. To save a few dollars I purchased an "open box" unit. Though the user's manual and setup instructions were missing from the box, it was easy to connect and so far has performed flawlessly.

Quality is great. It is user friendly. I bought it for my 13 year old. We put all apps on homepage. It took seconds to set up.

Good product. Easy to set up and use. Good player for the money. Would reocommend.

This is our second purchase of this Samsung Blu-Ray player. We really like the fact that it is WiFi and wireless and so easy to use

It works good but the only issue I have is sometimes it freezes when we are watching movies or streaming for a long period of time and I have to unplug the player.

This product is good for the price you pay. Easy to install.

Simple and easy to use blueray player. It will play both bluesy and dvds. Great deal when we saw it on sale for $50 during Christmas season.

This was bought as a Christmas present for my mother and does exactly what it says it does...only with no frills at all

I was referring by a friend on this I like it a lot it's easy to set up only thing is no power button light. But it's a very good blu Ray.

It definitely gets the job done. We didn't have a smart tv but this allowed us to watch Netflix and Hulu without having to upgrade our TV. It has a large selection of apps available without having to purchase a more advanced wifi blu-ray player.

Works great for viewing DVD's and love the ability to stream audio and video.

It was s great purchase I'm enjoying it. I watch movies all the time so glad i have a new one it so fu. To watch new movies all the time.

I bought because I wanted one that worked with both wired and wireless connection and streams Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and You tube + others. I had video problems util we upgraded out router. No light or display. The manual indicates that you can rip music tracks from cd to flash drive but I haven't tried it since I have a computer. Works fine streaming and playing Blu Ray and DVD disks.

Works ok, but doesn't haved a power light to know if it's on or off.

A good Blu-ray player . Easy to use . Only thing wrong is no power on light.

Compact and convenient. Works very well streaming movies and programs.

Took it home, plugged it in and it worked well. No problems updating the firmware. Also looks like there is an option for Wifi Direct that I had not expected, so plan to test that out.

In a previous DVD/Blu-Ray player the rewind/fast forward feature on Netflix was not user friendly. The same feature on this Samsung is much easier to use. My only complaint is just a personal preference. I don't like that I cannot tell from where I sit if the player is on or off...no indicator light visible. Also, the buttons on the front of the player are also not visible.
