Love this device, love Samsung for brand loyalty. Purchased this newer model, as the older one I have was a discontinued item. All my TVs and DVD players are Samsung for good reason. Pairing is easy, as is its use. This product has just enough capability for what I need. Best Buy always has the products that I need at the best price anywhere, and even free shipping when not in stock. And, great customer service. What could be better, than Best!

Works great , no problems at all. Nice picture on television. Easy to operate.

I have owned 2 of these and this our 3rd one for a back bedroom. Love that I can make my older TV into a smart TV with this system which has lots of apps with it.

I figured that Samsung was a good quality brand as they always have been in the past. Something went terribly wrong with this blu-ray. At first it didn't even want to start up. I thought I had a dead unit and was about to disconnect it to exchange it when it finally came on. That should have been my first clue but I decided to give it a chance. At first it connected to my wifi just fine and then it did the firmware update. After the update it would not stay connected to the wifi even though it showed full signal strength. I know it wasn't an issue with my router because every other device worked perfectly when testing them in the same room. Checking online, to see if there were any known issues, returned several results dating back to the first of 2015 stating that Samsung told them that it was an issue with the firmware. I bought this device in December so you're telling me in 9+ months they couldn't resolve the issue with the firmware? When I returned it to the store the woman at the return counter told me that everyone has been bringing those back. Samsung is usually a brand that I trust but in this situation they dropped the ball. I ended up spending a bit more money on a Sony blu-ray and it has worked perfectly. Stay away from this player unless Samsung can get the issues worked out. By then I'm sure the next version of blu-ray will be available.

This product said it was cordless, but I did end up having to buy an HDMI cord for it to work. Very well could have been user error. : )

A great dvd blu ray player at a great price. We enjoy the picture quality and the features are straight forward.

Nice product, easy to use. It does enhance sound for my tv. Don't know if it is any better than cheaper models.

This is by far my favorite player... crisp picture and has no problem picking up internet and streams perfectly every time

Great Blu-Ray player with built in apps/features that are exactly what I was looking for. This will intergrate nicely with my tv.

We needed a Blu-Ray/DVD player with built in wifi for an overnight trip to amuse a 2 year old, and this fit the bill admirably.

I was looking for basic DVD player when I bought this, but found this one with WiFi for $20 more I thought I'd get it so I could use the roku in a different room. Both the DVD and the WiFi are a big disappointment. First, the menu is clunky to use. I know that sounds vague, but it fits. it's not intuitive and you have to wait for it to respond. When you use the DVD and press play you often have to press play a second time. Not always though and it's never the same. So as you work through the DVD menu you press play, the tv goes blank like it's changing but then it stays blank and you have wait a few seconds to see if it changes. If not you have to press play again to get it to finish. It's like the DVD player has a brain f@#t. Like it went to the fridge and opened the door but forgot what it was going to get. If you don't wait it may just be slow to change and your second click could take apply to the next menu and take you to the wrong place. You know, you wanted a soda and it grabs the mustard. Ok, I can live with this, I don't watch that many DVDs. Besides it is kind of fun when you have friends over to watch a movie. Put in the disk and hand the remote to the new person and ask them to que up the movie while you get snacks. You'll come back to the room to join in on ribbing them about their inability to operate a dvd. As their frustration rises it gets even funnier. Caution! Don't do this with someone who has a bad temper. At best,you'll end up with a broken remote from them throwing it across the room. At worst, if their aim is good, you'll have a broken remote and a broken tv. So much for movie night. Finally, a few days later I discovered that you can't get PBS on the Samsung. Are you kidding? So, back out comes the roku. I would have returned it but unfortunately the box went out to the garbage in a zealous after Christmas clean up.

I purchased this player as a gift. It was perfect considering the additional apps which provides access to my digital movie collection.

This is a good, no frills blu ray dvd player for the home. Haven't tried the wifi option but I have mine hard wired to the router so my Amazon movies stream flawlessly. I think the dvd player itself is a bit noisy when it's running but I don't know if this is standard. Also wish there was some sort of light on the front of the box to tell you if it was on or off. Sometimes, I'll realize it had been running all day. Otherwise, its a great value, does its job and for the price, can't really complain.

Easy to operate and easy to setup. Connecting to the wifi was simple and i like that i can use it for Netflix and YouTube.

Simple and to the point. No light to show it’s on or off. I don’t like that at all. The picture is good though.

I bought this for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it. Works great and he can also watch Netflix on it. And it's easy to use.
