Got this Samsung Blu-ray Player because my Sony Blu-ray Player stop working out of the blue, didn't think much about the features just grabbed one. After connecting it to entertainment center was very impressed with the apps and easy to sync everything together; even the external hard drives. We were up and back to our movie marathon in no time.

Great Blueray player. It works great and we would recommend it.

Having a blu-ray player with built in WiFi was a nice addition to the bedroom. Works great to stream movies from Netflix/Hulu. Only downside is you are not allowed to download any new apps and the amount of apps is sort of a lie. There are only a handful of apps including the Opera app that includes many (useless) apps inside of it.

Samsung always delivers great products. Blu-ray player is compact light weight. Lots of extra features. Great product.

i use the player in my kids room and it plays blu rays fine. i like the fact that it is smart and can stream many of the popular subscriptions

I really like the options on this blue ray / dvd player. The only thing I don't like is that there is no 'ON' indicator light.

Easy to hook up. Connects to home wifi easily. Excellent for streaming , such as Netflix or YouTube.

This is a great little player. I have one at home and got a 2nd one for work because it worked so well. It's reliable and plays clearly. Really the only complaint I have is that it has no indicator lights on the front, so you can't even really tell if you've left it on without switching the TV input to the player.

Works well, have had no real issues with Blu ray or streaming

Wanted player that fit into a small area but provides all features larger units did. Easy to install too

My son bought this for me as a gift. When I first plugged it in and set it up it seemed to be great. Until I went to use it again a day or two later and it was non-responsive to the unit buttons or remote. There is no power light to tell you if it is on or not which adds to the frustration. it seemed to become non responsive after turning off using the remote. I tried different power sources, looked for settings in the booklet and online and got on the phone with Samsung.(35 min.) They offered to have it repaired, but having Geek squad protection, and the fact it was only a few days old, We returned it to the store. Got another one and it did the same thing, so it went back too. The unit will come after a power cycle but turn it off with the remote and it won't come back on (until you power cycle it again) Customer service @ Best Buy suggested it was my power source that was unstable because she was able to make it turn on twice at the store, not using the remote. (I don't think so. I measured the voltages from the various outlets I used. All measured 120 volts +/- 1v and steady. Tried it with and without HDMI connected did not seem to matter. Got another brand some where else an all is well. I do realize that two units having the same problem sounds like operator error, but if so tell please tell me what I am missing.
