Its not working the hdni has stop working I need to take back. it does have good picture

Purchased to replace a unit that was no longer playing Blu-ray movies. It works as expected. Not using it to stream anything as I get what I stream via cable provider to that TV.. I know most things are going streaming but if looking for a player to use for those movies you still have on DVD/Blu-ray this does the job

My son bought this for me as a gift. When I first plugged it in and set it up it seemed to be great. Until I went to use it again a day or two later and it was non-responsive to the unit buttons or remote. There is no power light to tell you if it is on or not which adds to the frustration. it seemed to become non responsive after turning off using the remote. I tried different power sources, looked for settings in the booklet and online and got on the phone with Samsung.(35 min.) They offered to have it repaired, but having Geek squad protection, and the fact it was only a few days old, We returned it to the store. Got another one and it did the same thing, so it went back too. The unit will come after a power cycle but turn it off with the remote and it won't come back on (until you power cycle it again) Customer service @ Best Buy suggested it was my power source that was unstable because she was able to make it turn on twice at the store, not using the remote. (I don't think so. I measured the voltages from the various outlets I used. All measured 120 volts +/- 1v and steady. Tried it with and without HDMI connected did not seem to matter. Got another brand some where else an all is well. I do realize that two units having the same problem sounds like operator error, but if so tell please tell me what I am missing.

This dvd player was agreat value. Samsung has the best app market, which was easy to log into, and it plays dvd quietly.

We have this product for few months and no problem so far. It's fast and made wifi connection much faster on connecting, comparing to the old version blu-ray we had.

This budget unit has everything you could want in a bedroom unit. BluRay, DVD, and streaming support. Works great!

Works great right out of the box. Also nice to pair it with my Samsung TV, so only one remote. The apps are a little limited but it hits the highlights, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu and YouTube. Not a lot of really compelling content beyond that. For me at least. Picture when playing Blu-Rays looks good and it starts up fast. Great player.

This Blue Ray DVD player is by far the best one I have had ever. Picture is perfect, easy to set up. Highly recommend.

I needed a dvd player that played .mp4, .avi, and .mov files. This bluray dvd player plays them all and more. It also has a usb port to plug in a flash drive which is convenient; plus it comes with some apps for streaming, eg. Netflix, Amazon. This is a wifi enabled dvd player, so we don't have to have an Ethernet cable plugged into it. Works great.

There are two Samsung players in household; one has 3D and the other does not. Both are great products and meet the needs of the family.

I like this player. its easy to use. only thing I don't like is there is no indicator light showing the player is on.

This is the best thing in the world I love it! You need to go and buy one to see for your self, I'm going to the store to buy 10 of them for my family member, If I love it! then I know my family would love it! ❤️
