It's small and Sleek takes a little to no space user-friendly easy to hook up easy to get online when to pick anything else

It was so easy to set up and love quality of the picture. I also could not believe all the extra free Internet channels.

Easy to hook up. Connects to home wifi easily. Excellent for streaming , such as Netflix or YouTube.

i use the player in my kids room and it plays blu rays fine. i like the fact that it is smart and can stream many of the popular subscriptions

My son bought this for me as a gift. When I first plugged it in and set it up it seemed to be great. Until I went to use it again a day or two later and it was non-responsive to the unit buttons or remote. There is no power light to tell you if it is on or not which adds to the frustration. it seemed to become non responsive after turning off using the remote. I tried different power sources, looked for settings in the booklet and online and got on the phone with Samsung.(35 min.) They offered to have it repaired, but having Geek squad protection, and the fact it was only a few days old, We returned it to the store. Got another one and it did the same thing, so it went back too. The unit will come after a power cycle but turn it off with the remote and it won't come back on (until you power cycle it again) Customer service @ Best Buy suggested it was my power source that was unstable because she was able to make it turn on twice at the store, not using the remote. (I don't think so. I measured the voltages from the various outlets I used. All measured 120 volts +/- 1v and steady. Tried it with and without HDMI connected did not seem to matter. Got another brand some where else an all is well. I do realize that two units having the same problem sounds like operator error, but if so tell please tell me what I am missing.

Great product for our family use. Meets and exceeds our needs. When looking for a player, Best Buy staff helped us in selecting this product after inquiring of us what our needs were. Long standing Best Buy customer.

This dvd player was agreat value. Samsung has the best app market, which was easy to log into, and it plays dvd quietly.

We have this product for few months and no problem so far. It's fast and made wifi connection much faster on connecting, comparing to the old version blu-ray we had.

This Blue Ray DVD player is by far the best one I have had ever. Picture is perfect, easy to set up. Highly recommend.

Works great right out of the box. Also nice to pair it with my Samsung TV, so only one remote. The apps are a little limited but it hits the highlights, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Vudu and YouTube. Not a lot of really compelling content beyond that. For me at least. Picture when playing Blu-Rays looks good and it starts up fast. Great player.

I like this player. its easy to use. only thing I don't like is there is no indicator light showing the player is on.
