I purchased this DVD player for my mother. She loves it. She set it up herself and says it works perfectly.

I had seen this model at Amazon though I'm not sure how much I read about it. But I knew that I wanted it. The DVD/Blu Ray part of it worked perfectly and what I could not test out was the wifi capabilities as my router is far away (which is problem I had with my previous Blu Ray player). What I didn't like is that there's no counter (where it tells how long you've been watching the movie. But the rest works well and it's super compact in comparison to the previous one I had.

Easy to set up, and provides all the basics for good viewing.

This was a great price (and it was also on sale). It was extremely easy to set-up and has a very small footprint.

Only feature I wish was removed were the recommended apps. If I could rearrange them to the order I use the most, would give it a '5'.

My old dvd couldn’t do blue ray but the picture quality is outstanding with this new technology.

At first my tv won't recognize it, then I fixed it, after an electrical problem at home it seems to have troubles again, but it's great

This unit seems to work well. The only drawback is that we cannot tell when the unit is on. There is no power on light. This can be confusing. It does connect to the internet through our router, but can be slow. It is also difficult to find desired shows, but that might be the fault of the service provider.
