Can connect to Netflix, Youtube etc. seamlessly. Sometime I observed some delay in response time of the remote. Overall it is a good value for money if someone is looking for playback & smart features in a disc player.

great product and handles the wifi Netflix issue

I originally purchased a different brand that was having issues with the wifi/Netflix connection and the tech at Best Buy recommended this one. Great suggestion, the set up was easy and so far it has not had any issues going on like 3 months of use. My daughter loves it. The folks at Best Buy were great about the return as well.

Borderline ok

If it is left on for too long it will freeze up. I have to unplug it from the wall to work again. Not sure if this is normal? Other than that it has Netflix and Amazon video and a cool menu setup.
