We haven't had this product for long at all and our opinion of this dvd player could change. but for now it serves our purpose for the grandkids room.

I ordered the Samsung Blueray DVD player online not realizing it had to be hard wired which would have been a task not worth taking on. I took it to our nearest BestBuy and exchanged it with a minor price increase for one that was WIFI ready. Since setting it up I have watched a couple videos and hours of excellent quality streamless videos. Great product.

The system works fine when first started. If left idle for more than 24 hours I sometimes have to unplug the unit to reset it. I does NOT have a power LED so you cannot tell by looking if it is on or off.

Bought it for a friend who never had a Blu-ray player before – he is very happy with it. It was easy to set up – connected to his 36 inch television. I was able to pay for this and have him pick up the player at another city and the system updated me of the status. Very happy with the process.

Like the Smart feature, we have never had that before. The wife can find all her hallmark movies on Youtube through it. Player has worked fine so far.

Replaced an LG because the wifi signal kept disconnecting. This one has no problems.

i purchased two of these. after only a few days, one of them started freezing up. i'm not talking about loading or streaming problems; i'm referring to the image freezing and not being able to push any buttons to unfreeze it. the only way to fix it was to unplug the whole unit for a minute to allow it to reset itself. this would happen several times a day. called best buy and was told to bring it back in for a replacement. when i brought it in, they replaced it, but informed me that this is something that is usually handled by the manufacturer, and if i have any problems with the replacement, to contact samsung. a few hours after getting it home, the new one started doing the same thing. and a couple of days later, the other one from my original purchase started doing it as well. i'm a busy person, so i haven't had a chance to contact samsung. but, i gotta say, i'm very disappointed.

It was easy to hook up and a great picture. Easy to use.

Excellent product for the price and it has WiFi capabilities.

This is a decent blu ray player it isn't anything to scream about but if you want a standard blu ray player it'll suffice. You can connect to Youtube and Netflix on it which is nice but i find the controls and playback to be stilted when compared to watching any streaming video on my ps4. You can plug in a usb card to watch movies as well which is nice. Though it isn't a big deal my last bluray player had a screen which showed the run time of the disc. I prefer that over the nothing that this model has

The player works well wish it had better choices of channels like Roku but it's ok
