I ordered the Samsung Blueray DVD player online not realizing it had to be hard wired which would have been a task not worth taking on. I took it to our nearest BestBuy and exchanged it with a minor price increase for one that was WIFI ready. Since setting it up I have watched a couple videos and hours of excellent quality streamless videos. Great product.

A good compliment to our Samsung collection of electronics. Works as advertised. We don't do 3D so there was no need to go to a higher level player.

Blu-ray player is perfect for my family! Easy to operate.

Worked fine for 4 months. Only used wi fi for utube. Finally got Netflix, and it worked fine for two days. After That, it seized up. I unplugged it and replugged it and it worked for one more day, then refused to connect at all. It recognized my network, showed a strong signal, but would not connect. Called Samsung and was told that if the router is more than 15 feet from the device, they are not responsible for whether or not it connects! Thank goodness for Best Buy. They accepted it as defective. I will certainly contine to shop at Best Buy. Can't say the same for Samsung. Their products may have a good reputation, but their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. By the way, this product does not have any kind of indicator light to let you know if it is on or off. It's a constant, minor irritant. The blu-ray player worked fine.

Excellent product for the price and it has WiFi capabilities.

This product gets the job done and is very reliable. It has a unique design with the curved front. I own three of them. If your looking for a Smart Blu Ray player with 1080P capability this is the one. If I had one criticism it is that there is not a good light on the front panel indicating it is on. Other that it is excellent.

Bought it for a friend who never had a Blu-ray player before – he is very happy with it. It was easy to set up – connected to his 36 inch television. I was able to pay for this and have him pick up the player at another city and the system updated me of the status. Very happy with the process.

Haven't really tried all the features yet, so can t give s full review.

This product is not as good as the Samsung products i have purchased in the past. I sometimes have to unplug and then plug back up to get the product to turn on with the remote. I will continue to purchase Samsung products in the future, just not this Model.

We haven't had this product for long at all and our opinion of this dvd player could change. but for now it serves our purpose for the grandkids room.

The system works fine when first started. If left idle for more than 24 hours I sometimes have to unplug the unit to reset it. I does NOT have a power LED so you cannot tell by looking if it is on or off.

We upgraded from a DVD player to the Samsung Blu-Ray. Our old DVD's are more clear and Blu-Ray disks are crystal clear. We like the fact that the player changes the input when the power button is pressed and the disks play as soon as they load. No more digging for another remote. Our TV remote controls the Blu-Ray and the TV.

If you're just looking for an inexpensive WiFi capable player to stream Netflix, Amazon, etc... this unit will satisfy that need. Easy setup and no problems with connection to home network. The downside; the only controls on the unit are a power button and the open/close. If you misplace your remote you're out of business. There is no power light on the unit so there is no way to tell if it's on or off other than to change the input on your TV to see if the player home screen is displayed. The remote is small, cluttered and poorly laid out. There is no button illumination so if you're sitting in the dark to enjoy your viewing it's very easy to hit a wrong button. Very annoying.

great quality playing discs and streaming. good value

Like the Smart feature, we have never had that before. The wife can find all her hallmark movies on Youtube through it. Player has worked fine so far.

Great product. Easy to set up and use. It has a ton of apps. Enjoy.

small and lightweight. easy to use. reasonably priced.
