||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i purchased two of these. after only a few days, one of them started freezing up. i'm not talking about loading or streaming problems; i'm referring to the image freezing and not being able to push any buttons to unfreeze it. the only way to fix it was to unplug the whole unit for a minute to allow it to reset itself. this would happen several times a day. called best buy and was told to bring it back in for a replacement. when i brought it in, they replaced it, but informed me that this is something that is usually handled by the manufacturer, and if i have any problems with the replacement, to contact samsung. a few hours after getting it home, the new one started doing the same thing. and a couple of days later, the other one from my original purchase started doing it as well. i'm a busy person, so i haven't had a chance to contact samsung. but, i gotta say, i'm very disappointed.

Samsung Streaming Wi-Fi Built-In Blu-ray Player

This player is incredible -- even better than the previous one. It provides a very clear picture, and has the additional feature of streaming wi-fi. It is an excellent product!
