For a Samsung product I feel that this is really subpar. Not only does the curved design not make any sense but the ridges on the top of it make it insanely hard to keep dust free. I don't know if that adds to its performance problems, but there are many. About halfway into owning this item which was less than a year's time, the player decided to not play Blu-rays anymore. DVDs and USB files would play no problem. It's just funny that this player can do everything but what it's supposed to as a Blu-ray player. Now I'm not going to stay Samsung doesn't have some great models out there but this one isn't one of them.

I love this this Blu-ray, with wifi and streaming.

I never thought I needed a blue-ray. However on a whim we purchased the blue-ray and now wonder how we had never purchased one before.

Reliable wireless internet access with several built in applications such as Pandora, Amazon Prime, YouTube and Netflix. Also gives your TV internet ready type access with a weather app and a variety of websites showing video programming.

I am very pleased with my purchase. Especially, since it has built in WiFi which is very important to me. I can use the remote to operate my Samsung television also. The only drawback it doesnt have a light to display on or off.No light.

This is our first Blu-ray player and it has been good. It’s basic but has the ability for streaming which is great. Only wish the power button lit up when on. It integrates well with our Samsung TV which includes turning in the TV when a DVD is loaded. It was on sale at Best Buy so great value.

Easy to setup and use, plenty of features. Price was great.

We were ready to update from an up-scaling DVD player to a Blu-ray player for our main TV. After comparing price/quality on different brands we decided to go with this one. The player itself works great and I was able to connect up to our home wifi and setup our Netflix streaming with no problems at all. The only drawback that keeps me from giving this device a solid 5 stars is the remote. The remote design could have been a lot cleaner and the layout of the controls a lot better if you didn't have to use separate areas depending on whether you are viewing a disc or using one of the "smart" apps. You will find yourself trying to hit the wrong set of buttons for what you are currently viewing. After some use this might be as much an issue but it still could have been done better from the start.

I normally like Samsung products but this BluRay DVD player isn't working well all the time. We've had to reset it several times just to get it to work and then it'll malfunction again. Could be user error on our part, but truly it can't be that hard to make work. The BluRay moving quality is great.
