I am not sure if it is due to my WiFi strength, but this unit has been unreliable with streaming. Plus it advertises 250 apps and I'm not seeing that. Love every other Samsung product I have but now wishing I had gotten the Sony with the built-in browser.

It works on and off the charger, which I found convenient. The sound is great for it's size

Plays Blu-rays. It can be a little difficult to get the player to turn on not sure why but once it shows interface everything works as intended.

Standard blu Ray player and it does what it’s supposed to do. My only complaint is that there is no indicator light so there’s no way to tell if the player is on when the TV isn’t on.

Works great! We use it for the grandchildrens movies and cartoons.

Skeptical at first about what this video/audio was going to be like..... gotta love surprises. My first experience with Blu-Ray in my home and it is great. Decide what you want and get the latest tech audio/video in the store. Totally satisfied with this buy.

I needed a new Blu-Ray player because the old Sony was dying and it never really worked perfectly when streaming video. New one works great. Only drawback is it's missing apps the Sony had.

I bought this basically for the apps. It’s ok, but I wish there was a light indicator to let you know if it’s on. I had to call Samsung customer support and they sent me an update apparatus and it now will stay connected to the Wi-Fi.

So far, no problems other than being seniors learning to be techy.

It was a great buy....beautiful color display and superb sound. If you are looking for a great blue ray system and don't wanna break your bank, this is the best option out there

This Blu-ray player has been a good one. We have had no problems with it and the whole family likes it!

Setup was tedious, but then all of them are tedious. Once completed however, it runs well. The UI is dated. There are no lights on the front to confirm the device is working/on.

Picture looks good, integration with Samsung TV operation is smooth, and loading is quick. Easy to use basic controls on the unit as well as the remote.

I was in a rush and needed a DVD player. I had one like this and when comparing the features I needed I got this one agian. I stay in a lot of hotels and this one is easy to pack. What I don't like this and about most Samsung devices is their stupid and illogical remote design. I hear the new line has a better designed remote. Make sure you get the new model. ANd note Best Buy still stocks a lot of older models. Beware. One more thing about this player. There are absoultely no lights of any kind so you never know if it is on or off or thinking.

Upgraded my PlayStation 3 to the Samsung . Gave it 4 stars because the power buttons don’t light up don’t know if it’s on or not , that is just me nit picking from my end

I was looking to replace another Blu-ray player that was sub-par but did not want to break the bank and I found this Samsung. It met all my requirements that of a wide range of media compatibility and price. I have not been disappointed it provides all I need and is easy to set-up and use.

Love the apps, I was going to buy a Beats pill to play music but I can use tv using Pandora and YouTube
