The picture quality is very good. The price was even better. The set up was fast and easy. Overall, I'm a happy camper with Best Buy products and the sales personnel.

I bought ths in order to access Netflix. It works fine, but there is no power light to indicate that the player has been turned on. That is very inconvenient.

This is a great player. It completed my second bedroom entertainment.

It works just fine. But, you can not tell if the system is on unless you hit play. There is no faint button glowing when you power it up or when you hit play.

The Samsung BluRay player is a good player when you are replacing an item. Don't need an expensive one now that most things can be streamed

bought this to replace my very old blue ray player. A lot faster menus and plays blue rays. I don't do anything with the streaming portion so I cant say how good it is.

I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great blue ray player.

We received this as a gift from our son for Christmas, so we haven't had it very long but it seems to be doing everything that we need. Was nice to get streaming and player in one unit to cut down on cluttered look. Would recommend this product.

Nice inexpensive unit. A bit clumsy to set up and the fact that there is no LED to indicate when the unit is on prevent me from giving it 5 stars. Worth the money.

For a budget friendly blu-ray player, this is a great one. It does feel slightly light. It doesn’t have a solid feel to it, but the playing works nicely.

We bought this for our son for Christmas to replace an older sound system, he was given, that just wore out. The size is perfect. It is small and is a great fit to anywhere you put it. Our son says the sound it great and he loves it!

no bells or whistles, no lights in fact to even tell you that its on. however, works fine, good picture in blu ray. thats all you can expect.

This plays dvds and blu-rays, pretty simple. There are no extras. I guess it streams things too, but we don't use that feature as the tv does it on it's own.

We prefer Samsung products. This HD Bluray player would be better if there was a power light to indicate when it is on or off. Other than that it is working just fine.

I like this Blu Ray player because it can play all formats of video that you can get. I wish it had a light on the front to let you know that it's either in or off.

Blu-ray player purchased on a Saturday. By Sunday afternoon it was freezing every two hours like clockwork. Unplug and start all over. Two hours later, frozen. The next Saturday I returned it assuming it was a defective item, but the same thing has happened ever since with this one as well. Have been on the phone with Samsung and Best Buy 28 times, each time getting one small bit of help, then passed on to someone else that would have to call me back later. About two weeks ago, they just stopped helping me and refused to replace this item or work through the issue. (Not my internet connection, computer, tablet, phones all work on Wi-Fi without interruption.)
