While watching Netflix programs, the device often shuts down and has to be rebooted (including my television) before connecting again. I also do not like the fact there is no indication as to whether or not the device is on or off (not lighting of any kind, unlike my Blue Ray of another brand.

I really enjoy having the wifi built in and being able to easily connect to Netflix and Amazon. Picture quality is great too.

I like to have matching brands for my electronics. So I went with Samsung because of my new big screen tv purchase also being made by Samsung. But when I tried to sync this DVD player up with my universal AT&T remote control, it wouldn't work because this model does not have an on/off light indicator, so I was unable to determine if the DVD player was on or off...which was needed to complete my synchronization. Then after that, it just annoyed me that I couldn't tell if it was on or off.

Overall it's a good player, but Netflix wouldn't stream properly over WiFi. Consistantly got to 25% and then froze before saying to check if it was connected to the network. Works fine with an ethernet cable, though.

Bought this product as a xmas gift for a family member. They said they love it.

I bought this to go with my Samsung 32" LED TV and love it. I use it all the time.

This is just perfect for someone who is just using tv to view netflix and hulu.

My old blu-ray player went bad & I needed a replacement at a good price. This one fit the bill completely. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Needed an upgrade blu ray dvd player. Does the work will. Has other apps but never needed them. All in all, useful blu ray dvd player thus far

I love this blu ray dvd player for the different installed apps such as Netflix, pandora. Very convenient since I don't have all smart tvs.

With a smart tv and 200+ channels, we seldom use the blu-ray player. It is useful when cable goes out but not so useful when the electricity goes out too.

this has more bells and whistles than i truly needed... i didn't need all the apps, etc (already have smart tv), but after a month of fairly heavy use, no problems

Very good basic blu-ray player. I am loyal to Samsung and the blu-ray syncs to my tv instantly. Great for a bed room or for someone who isn't really an HD junky.

This was a great device for the price. We needed a dedicated DVD player and it works like a charm. Don't forget to pick up an HDMI cable when you get this one.

Great product. I put it in a guest room that doesn't have cable connection for guest to be able to watch. Netflix/Hulu or movies if they want. Works perfectly.

I wanted a blu ray player that simply had faster loading times than my Ps3. Little did I know, I would sacrifice the power on/off light. Good product none the less
