I don't think this review can be an honest one until about a year after purchase. Anymore they seem to manufacture these things to just fail after a year or two. I have basically one generation older of this model that just flat stopped working or would be sporadic. I bought this to play my kids movies when they are allowed their TV time. I don't need all the flashy blue tooth and Wifi junk. Just need it to play DVD and blu ray. Would be nice to just have something simple again for once.

I bought this to replace a Sony unit that played disks ok but failed constantly on the network services like Netflix. I had a friend with this unit and saw that it worked correctly so I bought one.

Nice easy to use Blu-ray player. Only complaint is that it doesn’t have a power on led.ofher than that, it works great.

Good blu ray for the cheap price. Started making a loud humming noise from the disc spinning after a few days, but not bad.

Works as intended for watching bluray. Had issues with connecing to the Internet but that was expected based on other reviews.

I have two of these blu ray players. Both are great!

We needed to replace an old PS3 that we were using for our blue ray player and this works great! Item was on sale plus we had a reward so didn't end up costing much at all. You will not be disappointed!!!

Great player for the price! I love that it connected smoothly to my Samsung tv and sound bar! Haven’t had any issues with it after two years. Would recommend!

So when I walked up to the Blue-ray players I knew this was the one when I saw the price and of course it's a Samsung!

My wife and I first bought an Amazon Firestick to stream movies in our room. But it performed so poorly and actually altered our TV experience. We have had no issues with this player as a replacement.

Samsung never lets me down, works just as described.

The product is highly functional but one irritating feature is that there is no light on it to indicate that the unit is on!

this is a great Blu-ray dvd player to have !!!!!!!

I never have any issues when I play DVDs or Blu-rays on this system, but when I go to use the Netflix app on this DVD player, it likes to restart itself constantly. Many times I am in the middle of a show on Netflix and the system will cut out. I have not found a solution yet and have resorted to buying a different blu-ray player that works better with Netflix. I've checked with Netflix and they say they have issues with their apps on Samsung players and recommend purchasing a different system.

Product works great and was very easy to install. Would have been nice to have an instruction booklet for explanation of symbols on the remote. Took me a while to figure out how to use the pause feature.
