We had to take the first DVD player back. It kept turning off in the middle of DVD or while using Netflix. Second one has worked fine. I would have bought a different model but I initially purchased during black Friday and did not want to spend more. One negative is that there are not any lights on the front to show that it is on or modes.

Purchased this machine to replace my VCR. Was easy to setup. Very simple to operate.

I'm having a whole slew of issues connecting it to the WiFi. The reason I bought it is because there is no ethernet connection in my living room. So I still can't use it for the internet features. I called Samsung, they told me to call Comcast. I called Comcast, they told me to call Samsung. Where does it end? Plays Blu-ray discs really well.

I am very satisfied with this product. The in-store consultant recommended I get this one since it has WiFi capabilities. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Seriously the easiest piece of equipment I have hooked to a tv. Got this as a starter until we can get a better system and it has not let us down yet.

This Blu-ray player does everything I need and then some. Bought it really just to play discs. The WiFi was a extra surprise. Really like this item

No real thrills, easy to use. Syncs with your Samsung smart tv which is a nice touch.

This blu-ray player is ok. It tends to freeze up and I'm having trouble getting back to the menu or home screen sometimes.

The one thing this is missing is a light indicating power is on/off. Sucks guessing!

Everything working well. Has all the requirements for streaming. However, could not get a Logitech MK320 Bluetooth wireless mouse/keyboard to work with player.

This purchase is, quite simply, one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love having Netflix and Amazon Prime so readily available on my TV!

Did the job, I just needed something to replace my old blue Ray player. I had to contact Samsung about a couple of questions, and they were very responsive.
