What can I say, it plays movies and works like it should.

Working so far.Purchased for my son he’s been very happy with it.

I am very happy to have this blu-ray prayer. It does everything I need and more. I was so happy I bought another one for my daughter.

This player is terrible. It has no power light indicator which is annoying enough when it works, and even more annoying when you’re trying to troubleshoot after only 2 weeks of use. It literally just won’t turn on any more. How can a company churn out a product like this? Thanks Samsung!

Excess my expectations, it also have a lot of great features that I like. I recommend this DVD player to anyone.

This Samsung BD-J5700/ZA Blu ray player is ready out of the box. Just plug in, connect to your TV, and the put in your IP address and it is ready to go. Sometimes, there is a delay from the time you select your media provider until it actually connects. I have not used it with my personal content from my home network. I would recommend this Wifi blu ray player

The player is great. It automatically turns on our Samsung TV when player is turned on. Netflix option is great when there is nothing on.

This unit is a the 4the replacement for it's earlier version. The other units burnt-out because the geek squad installers put the DVD player on top of the FIOS digital set top box. Moved this unit to side, and it worked fine for 2 weeks, then often refuses to turn on. Unit has no light of other indication to tell if it is on or off. The start-up delay is extreme often a minute or more!.

Added to my Mother in laws system. She found it easy to use and operate

This BluRay player has met and exceeded all of the expectations I had when I purchased it. It was simple to install, easy to setup.

We bought this as an open box item and have had no issues with it at all. Set up was simple and it works great. Staff was helpful.

Just needed a simple DVD player on my houseboat. It small & doesn’t take up much room which is just what we needed.

when it works, it plays great. Half the time it never turns on or takes 10 minuters to open the tray. Not having any type of display to indicate if it is on or off is a negative.

Worked ok when I got it, mainly used for streaming Hulu. somewhere in the 2nd year it just stopped. not only that without a power light,I couldn't tell if it was off or on, Gave up and unplugged, won't buy another Samsung.

This blue ray player is easy to set up and use! Out of package and playing in moments! Don’t forget to buy an HDMI cable

The only negative thing I have to say is that when I turn the player off, it automatically changes the input on my TV. I have everything running through a surround sound system, so I only use one TV input. It's annoying when it switched automatically, but it's not that big of a deal.

I was always frustrated with Blu-ray players because they were slow to load the disc, and slow to navigate menus. Also locked out the ability to skip previews, FBI warnings etc. I bought this unit for the UHD capability. It is very good for that. But the pleasant surprise was that it is much faster to load discs and to navigate. Most preliminary items can be skipped. I'm not sure if that capability is part of the UHD spec, or is unique to Samsung models.

This unit should satisfy every DVD and Blu-ray aficionado. Easy setup and operations, no problems at all. And the regular DVDs look great.
