Bad Out Of The Box

Hooked it up and could not get it to connect to my wifi. Called Samsug CS and we did all the trouble shooting and it still would not connect, so they said to call my internet provider and see if there was something on the router that was keeping it from connecting. i did and they could not get it to connect either. i ended up returning it, so for the player itself i can't say very much other than when playing blu rays they looked and sounded fine. i can tell you the samsung customer service was top notch. they tried everything they could to get it to work and when it wouldn't they offer to send me another one but it was faster to return it to the store. unfortunately, they were out, so i am no looking at other options. So CS gets 5 stars product gets 2 stars.
