I felt it was not easy to read the files and seemed not very user friendly. It doesn't have a light on it so you don't know if its on or off kind of annoying. I RETURNED and purchased Sony equivalent. I almost always by Samsung because its user friendly and good quality. This is the first time Samsung lat me down

Decent Bluray player for the price

It does have "smart" features, such as Netflix and YouTube; however, I wouldn't recommend this as a primary source of entertainment. It does work, but it's a little slow and outdated. This is perfect for a kids room, or for someone not very tech savvy.
