||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this unit for its WI-FI capability as we are trying to discontinue cable TV. We infrequently watch TV for any reason, but both times we have contemplated Netflix, there have been problems connecting. The first time, I contacted Samsung via chat and they walked me through a software update which solved the problem. Weeks later, we attempted Netflix again, only to have the same issue. I haven't had time to make contact with Samsung and start the process all over. The other thing I do not like is there are no lights on the front of the unit. When using the remote you are unsure if you have turned the unit on until after about 10 - 15 seconds when the TV lights up. I would not recommend this unit at all.
