    the disc door takes a few tries before opening. It's a little slow in reading the disc. but once that process is done then everything else runs smoothly. I plan to get another one since it has internet connection and I can watch netflix and amazon prime.

    The blue ray player is not bad for the money considering it has WiFi connection. However my player keeps going out when I'm on Netflix or You Tube. In order to make it play, I have to unplug it and plug it back in.
