Doesn't connect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as a gift for my husband. He was so excited to use it but it wouldn't connect to wi-fi. We exchanged it for another one and went home to hook it up. The new one wouldn't connect to wi-fi either. We tested our router, checked all of the instructions. Other devices connected to wi-fi just fine so we took the second one back to the store. The customer service rep wasn't helpful at all when we asked if there were known issues with the brand or model. He actually called Sony an evil corporation and said Samsung was just behind them. We opted to do our own research and chose to go with an LG.

Good not great Smart DVD player

Remote is confusing as it appears to be capable of controlling your tv...but ONLY if is a Samsung TV. Also it is not easy to update the firmware. Must be done with USB not WiFi. Overall good but not great.
